How can Serenity Corner help me?

What is therapy like?

 

Different issues and different goals vary for each individual resulting in a unique therapy session for all. At Serenity Corner you can expect to discuss day to day events, your personal history relevant to your issue, learn skills and management tools and discuss any new insights gained from the previous therapy sessions. Sessions are typically 45 minutes and weekly. Virtual sessions only.

 

 

Do you take insurance, and how does out-of-network benefits work?
